Peter Cassidy is a dynamic global healthcare leader committed to enhancing access and health outcomes across diverse patient populations, organizations and cultures. Peter is the Chief Operating Officer at Advocate Health Carolinas Rehabilitation, where he leads award-winning teams across all levels of care as well as global health partnerships. Peter is also a surveyor with CARF International.
Peter earned his Physical Therapy Degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He earned his master’s in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a board-certified Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
With 30 years of rehabilitation experience Peter has conducted accreditation surveys and consulting engagements all over the world. As a volunteer with the World Health Organization’s World Rehabilitation Alliance, Peter works passionately to strengthen the global rehabilitation workforce.
