Dr. Carl Froilan D. Leochico, PTRP, MD, FPARM, MHSc is a neurophysiatrist and Clinician-Investigator at the University Health Network - Toronto Rehab, Canada. He is an Assistant Professor at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. He is currently the Secretary of the World Federation for Neurorehabilitation – Telerehabilitation Special Interest Group, and a Co-Lead in the development of the Canadian Telerehabilitation Safety Guidelines. His areas of specialization include: Brain medicine, Neurorehabilitation, Complex brain injuries, Acquired brain injuries, Functional neurologic disorders, and Telerehabilitation.
