Dr. Ravi Gaur MD, DNB, PGDHM is a physiatrist currently working as Additional professor and head of department of physical medicine and rehabilitation in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur. He has been associated with the institute as an academic faculty member and clinician, contributing to patient care, teaching, and research in the field of rehabilitation medicine. With over 15 years of experience and leadership, his work primarily focuses on the management of musculoskeletal, geriatric, neurological, sports, pain and paediatric rehabilitation helping patients improve their quality of life. With over 100+ publication and citations in various recognized journals he has helped add to literature and universal knowledge base in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation along with training new generations of budding physiatrist over his academic and clinical practice. He has also been active in research project and development of many novel medical and assistive devices in collaboration with premier institutes like Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). He has also took part in establishment of collaborative centre for assistive health technology (CCAHT) and national centre for research, development, innovation, training, promotion and dissemination of Assistive Technologies (NCAHT).
