Dr. Jesuel Padro Guzman is a nationally recognized leader in Cancer Rehabilitation and currently serves as Assistant Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After completing his fellowship at MSK, Dr. Padro Guzman joined the faculty of Weill Cornell Medical College, where he played a pivotal role in launching the institution’s inaugural cancer rehabilitation clinic.
Throughout his career, Dr. Padro Guzman has pioneered multidisciplinary clinical programs that have transformed patient care. He has developed innovative same-day mastectomy pathways for breast cancer patients, established specialized rehabilitation clinics, and participated in protocols and clinics for individuals with bone metastasis and for those undergoing amputation. Additionally, he has expanded Memorial Sloan Kettering’s rehabilitation services to regional clinics, ensuring broader access to comprehensive cancer care.
A dedicated educator and researcher, Dr. Padro Guzman is deeply committed to training the next generation of physicians and advancing the field. His leadership and innovation in clinical practice are matched by his passion for global education and his mission to improve the functional quality of life for cancer patients worldwide.
