YANG-SOO LEE is board certified physiatrist and professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University.
He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in physiology from Yeungnam University, Daegu, in 2001.
From1990 to1994, he completed a Rehabilitation Medicine training course from Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital. Since 1994, he has been a Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University.
He was a board member of the Korean Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is currently the Chair professor in the Department of Rehabilitation, School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University. He is author of 'Gait training in stroke patients', Chungnyuneisa(Young Doctor), 2012
He is an inventor of medical equipment and has two patents in the USA. His research interests include stroke rehabilitation and gait training.
