Here are some general guidelines to get you started:
- Posters will be on display in the Poster Gallery for one day of the conference (Tuesday or Wednesday).
- You will be notified of your assigned presentation day.
- The days cannot be changed once they have been assigned.
- Scientific papers will be podium presentations scheduled throughout the meeting and are intended to highlight quality research practice, scientific merit, and educational value to the meeting participants.
- At least one author of your accepted Poster or Scientific Paper must register to attend the Congress.
- Registration for poster and scientific paper presenters is not complimentary.
Poster Presenter GuidelinesYour poster should be a stand-alone, self-explanatory display, allowing viewers to read on their own while you address individual questions. Every poster should lend itself to presenting information in a self-explanatory format.
Poster Submission Guidelines
- You will not submit your poster electronically prior to the meeting. You will need to print your poster and bring it to the meeting to display in one of the Poster Gallery Receptions.
- IMPORTANT: The presenting author is the sole point of contact for all abstract co-authors. All communication and inquiries will be sent to the presenting author.
- All posters will be provided with 1/2 of 1 side of a 4’x8’ display board. Recommended printing size is 48 inches by 36 inches. Poster components must be able to fit on the display board without overlap.
- Fonts should be sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Calibri, etc.) and large enough to read clearly when viewing the poster.
- You are responsible for being available to answer questions about your poster during the assigned date and time.
- The Poster Galleries will take place on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20.
